Carbon Edge has two state-of-the-art batteries and employs technologies that stand out from other manufacturers in this business in the western market. With a minimal investment, we have set up simplified operations for achieving extraordinary products. Our first plant, at Mundra (Gujarat), has a coke manufacturing capacity of 54,000 tons per annum with 30 ovens in operation. While our second coke oven plant, which commenced commercial operations in March 2010, contributes another 54,000 tons per annum. With 60 ovens in operation and other machinery |
like charging car, pusher car, hammer mills, imported blowers, coolers, scrubbers, etc. in place the plant is able to produce the most superior quality coke and tar in the market. Additional screening units and loading units help ensure over 10 sizes of coke, nut coke and breeze can be screened and loaded simultaneously to help cater to the demands of various consumers in the shortest period. This has also helped us diversify our client base and allowed our permanent consumers to reduce inventory levels. |
